Mini Bridal Gown Giveaway — Terms & Conditions
The Swank Wedding Show — February 28, 2025 — Westin Bayshore Hotel, Vancouver, BC
1. Promotion Overview
Ethereal Bridal (the “Promoter”) is running a mini bridal gown giveaway (the “Promotion”) in connection with The Swank Wedding Show, held on February 28, 2025 at the Westin Bayshore Hotel, Vancouver, British Columbia. One (1) of two (2) prizes are available: one (1) Tomsa mini bridal gown and one (1) Eshli mini bridal gown (collectively, the “Prizes”).
2. Eligibility
To be eligible to participate in this Promotion, entrants must:
• Attend The Swank Wedding Show on February 28, 2025;
• Visit the Ethereal Bridal exclusive bridal lounge at the show;
• Submit their full name and valid contact information via the QR code entry form available exclusively on the day of the event;
• Book an appointment at Ethereal Bridal’s boutique between March 1–31, 2025; and
• Purchase a wedding gown at Ethereal Bridal by March 31, 2025.
No purchase is made at the time of event registration; however, a qualifying gown purchase must be completed by March 31, 2025 to be entered into the giveaway draw.
3. How to Enter
Step 1 — At the Event: On February 28, 2025, attend The Swank Wedding Show and visit the Ethereal Bridal bridal lounge. Complete the entry form by scanning the QR code provided on-site and submitting your full name and contact information. This form is only available on the day of the show and is used solely to verify your attendance.
Step 2 — Book & Purchase: Contact Ethereal Bridal to reserve an appointment at the boutique during March 1–31, 2025. As a thank-you for attending The Swank Wedding Show, you will receive 10% off your wedding gown purchase. Upon completing a qualifying gown purchase by March 31, 2025, you will be automatically entered into the mini gown giveaway draw.
Limit: One (1) entry per person. Entries are non-transferable.
4. Prizes
Your choice of one (1) of the following options:
• Option 1: One (1) Tomsa mini bridal gown
• Option 2: One (1) Eshli mini bridal gown
Prizes are as described above. No cash equivalent, substitution, or transfer of prizes is permitted, except at the sole discretion of Ethereal Bridal. Ethereal Bridal reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a stated prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
5. Draw & Winner Selection
Winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received. The draw will take place after March 31, 2025, following verification of qualifying purchases. Winners will be notified by phone or email using the contact information provided at the time of entry. If a selected winner cannot be reached within five (5) business days of the draw, or if they are found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.
6. Discount Offer
The 10% discount applies to the purchase price of a wedding gown at Ethereal Bridal and is available exclusively to eligible participants who attended The Swank Wedding Show on February 28, 2025. The discount must be applied at the time of purchase and cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, or discount. The discount does not apply to accessories, alterations, or other services.
7. Privacy & Data Use
Personal information collected through the QR code entry form on the day of the event (including your full name and contact information) is collected solely for the purpose of verifying attendance at The Swank Wedding Show. This information is not shared with, or sold to, any third parties.
All personal information collected in connection with this Promotion is handled in accordance with Ethereal Bridal’s standard Privacy Policy, available on our website. By entering this Promotion, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described above and in our Privacy Policy.
8. General Conditions
• Ethereal Bridal employees, associates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
• Ethereal Bridal reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend this Promotion at any time without prior notice if circumstances arise that are beyond its reasonable control.
• By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and by the decisions of Ethereal Bridal, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Promotion.
• This Promotion is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
• Ethereal Bridal is not responsible for lost, misdirected, or incomplete entries.
