Ethereal Bridal Limited – Terms, Conditions & Privacy Policy

Welcome to Ethereal Bridal Limited. By booking an appointment, completing a form, or using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy practices. We value your trust and are committed to protecting your personal information while providing an exceptional bridal experience.
1. Appointment Types & Booking Terms
We offer the following bridal appointments:
The Discovery – 60 Minutes | Complimentary
Designed for brides who are exploring options and have plenty of time before their wedding.
No booking fee is required.
May be rescheduled at any time.
The Exclusive – 90 Minutes | Complimentary | Credit Card Required to Reserve
The Exclusive Appointment is free to book, but a valid credit card is required to secure your reservation.
No charge will be made at the time of booking.
A $50 fee will only be applied if:
The appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, or
The appointment is missed (no-show).
Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will not incur any charge.
By booking, you agree to these terms and authorize Ethereal Bridal Limited to charge the card on file in the event of a late cancellation or missed appointment.
THE VIP Experience – 120 Minutes | $150
Enjoy two private hours with an expert stylist.
Includes a bottle of Italian sparkling wine and 20% off veils or accessories.
A $150 fee is applied at the time of booking to reserve your VIP appointment.
The fee is fully refundable if the appointment is cancelled with at least 48 hours' notice.
If the appointment is kept, the fee applies toward the appointment.
The fee is non-refundable if the appointment is missed or cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice.
Refunds, when applicable, are processed within 5–7 business days.
Alterations Appointment – 30 Minutes | Complimentary
For existing clients who have purchased their gown with Ethereal Bridal Limited.
This appointment is scheduled internally by our team and is not available through our online booking system.
No booking fee is required.
Please provide 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.
Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to our No-Show Policy (see Section 2A).
Second Fitting Appointment – 30 Minutes | Complimentary
For existing clients to ensure their gown fits perfectly before the big day.
This appointment is scheduled internally by our team and is not available through our online booking system.
No booking fee is required.
Please provide 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.
Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to our No-Show Policy (see Section 2A).
Virtual Appointment – 30 Minutes | Complimentary | Video Call
Designed for brides who are unable to visit our boutique in person but want expert guidance on gowns, styles, and accessories.
Virtual appointments are free to book. No credit card is required.
Once booked, you will receive a confirmation email with a secure video link.
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in restrictions on future virtual bookings.
Virtual appointments follow the same No-Show Policy as in-person appointments (see Section 2A).
After a no-show, future virtual bookings may require direct confirmation or prepayment at our discretion.
Please ensure a stable internet connection and a device capable of video calls.
Ethereal Bridal Limited is not responsible for technical issues on the client’s end.
Virtual appointments may include guided viewing of gowns via video, styling advice, and personalized recommendations.
Certain fittings or fabric selections may require an in-person follow-up.
Special Occasions Appointment – 30 Minutes | Complimentary
For clients shopping for special occasion dresses such as evening gowns, bridesmaid dresses, or formal wear.
No booking fee is required.
May be rescheduled at any time.
Please provide 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes.
Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to our No-Show Policy (see Section 2A).
Booking & Payment Policies:
Your appointment is confirmed once your booking is successfully completed and a valid credit card is on file (if applicable).
You will receive a confirmation email following your booking. Please add the appointment to your calendar and set a reminder to ensure you don't miss your special visit with us.
For appointments that require a credit card to reserve (e.g., The Exclusive Appointment), a $50 fee may be charged if the appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice or missed.
By booking, you agree to these terms and authorize Ethereal Bridal Limited to charge the card on file in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled by contacting us at least 48 hours in advance.
Changes can be made using the links in your confirmation email, or by contacting us directly at 604-353-3650 or sayyes@etherealbridal.ca.
Discovery appointments may be rescheduled at any time without penalty.
Exclusive and VIP appointments are fully refundable if cancelled with at least 48 hours' notice. Appointments missed or cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice are non-refundable.
Alterations and Second Fitting appointments require 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.
Refunds, when applicable, are processed within 5–7 business days.
2A. Late Arrival & No-ShoW Policy
To ensure all clients receive the full Ethereal experience, we kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment.
We understand that unexpected situations arise, but missed appointments impact our ability to serve other brides. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, we have implemented the following No-Show Policy:
If you are 10 minutes late:
Your bridal stylist will attempt to contact you to confirm you are still on your way.If you are 15 minutes late with no notice:
Your appointment will be considered a No-Show, and the applicable No-Show fee or policy terms will apply based on your appointment type.
Please let us know as soon as possible if you are running late. We will always do our best to accommodate you, but appointment time may be reduced to avoid delays for the next guest.
After Your First No-Show:
If you miss an appointment without providing 48 hours' notice, your account will be flagged.
You may book future appointments, however:
You will be required to confirm by phone at least 48 hours before your next scheduled appointment.
We will attempt to contact you at the phone number on file.
If you do not answer or return our call within 48 hours of your appointment time, your appointment will be automatically cancelled to allow another bride the opportunity.
After Your Second No-Show:
If you miss a second appointment without providing 48 hours' notice, you will no longer be able to book appointments through our online scheduling system.
Future appointments must be scheduled directly by contacting our team at 604-353-3650 or sayyes@etherealbridal.ca, and may require a deposit or prepayment at our discretion.
Right to Refuse Service:
Ethereal Bridal Limited reserves the right to refuse or cancel appointments for clients with a documented history of repeated no-shows or late cancellations.
This policy is in place to protect the experience of all our clients and to ensure our stylists' time is respected.
How to Avoid No-Show Status:
Always provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Set calendar reminders for your appointments.
Respond promptly to confirmation requests from our team.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us serve you and all our brides with excellence.
3. Arrival & Appointment Etiquette
Please arrive on time to ensure the full experience. Late arrivals may result in a shorter appointment. If you are running late, please let us before your scheduled time.

4. Privacy & Collection of Personal Information
We collect personal information only as necessary to provide services and improve your bridal experience. We also collect email addresses when visitors subscribe to our newsletter or updates through forms on our website. This may include:
Name, email, phone number, wedding date, and event details
Payment or billing information for appointment bookings
Communication preferences and survey responses
Appointment history, including cancellations and no-shows
Use of Information:
To schedule and manage appointments
To process payments and complete transactions
To communicate about your appointments, services, or orders
To enforce our No-Show Policy and maintain service quality
To provide updates, offers, or event invitations only if you have opted in
We do not sell or share your personal information for marketing purposes.
5. Email Communication & Consent
By providing your email address on our website, during booking, or through any newsletter subscription form, you consent to receive:
Appointment confirmations and reminders
Boutique updates, newsletters, and promotional communications
Invitations to events, trunk shows, and special offers
You may withdraw your consent at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link included in every email or by contacting us directly at dreamdress@etherealbridal.ca.
We do not sell or share your email with third parties for marketing purposes.
6. Storage & Security of Information
Your information is stored on secure servers with restricted access.
Industry-standard measures are in place to prevent unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
7. Cookies & Website Usage
Our website may use cookies to enhance your browsing experience and analyze traffic.
Cookies collect non-personal data such as IP address, browser type, and preferences.
You may disable cookies in your browser, though some features may not function optimally.
Marketing emails may include tracking pixels that record whether an email was opened and which links were clicked. This information is used only to improve our communications.
8. Minors
We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16.
If a minor has provided information without parental consent, please contact us to remove it.
