At Ethereal Bridal Limited, we pride ourselves on providing exquisite wedding, evening, and kids’ dresses that are hand-made to order with the utmost care and attention to detail.
Final Sale Policy
Please note that all dress sales are final. We do not offer refunds.
Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Items
In rare cases where a dress is:
Damaged,
The wrong dress, size, or color,
we are here to assist. To request a replacement:
Notify us within 3 days of receiving the dress.
Include detailed photos and information sent to dreamdress@etherealbridal.ca.
Once the issue is confirmed, we will arrange for the return of the dress at our cost.
Replacement Process
Defective dresses are inspected upon return to confirm eligibility.
Once confirmed, you will receive a replacement dress and an estimated delivery time.
In urgent cases, we may place a rush order with our designers and use priority shipping to minimize delays.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a replacement:
Dress must be in original condition (tags intact, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered).
Concerns must be reported within the 3-day window.
Exceptions may be considered in special circumstances at our discretion.
No Refunds for Defective Items
We do not issue refunds for defective dresses. A replacement dress of the same style, size, and color will be provided. Your satisfaction is our priority.
