October Anniversary Celebration: Official Terms & Conditions

Promotion Period: October 1, 2026, 12:00 a.m. PT to October 31, 2026, 11:59 p.m. PT

PURCHASE REQUIRED. The Complimentary Veil and the Anniversary Draw are available only to brides who make a Qualifying Purchase during the Promotion Period.

1. Eligibility and Qualifying Purchase

1.1 To be eligible, a bride must:
(a) book an appointment with Ethereal Bridal;
(b) attend her appointment in the boutique; and
(c) order a wedding gown and pay the required 50% deposit by 11:59 p.m. PT on October 31, 2026 (a "Qualifying Purchase").

1.2 The gown does not have to be ordered at the first appointment, as long as the order and deposit are completed within the Promotion Period.

1.3 The remaining balance is due at the bride's first fitting after the gown arrives, in accordance with Ethereal Bridal's standard sales policy.

1.4 A bride must be the age of majority in her province or territory of residence to be eligible. Employees of Ethereal Bridal and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible.

2. Complimentary Veil (Valued Up to $500 CAD)

2.1 Every bride who makes a Qualifying Purchase receives a complimentary veil valued at up to $500 CAD.

2.2 If the retail price of the chosen veil is more than $500, $500 is applied toward it and the bride pays the difference.

2.3 If the retail price of the chosen veil is $500 or less, the veil is provided free of charge. Any remaining value is not available to the bride in any form. It cannot be taken as cash, credit or a refund, and it cannot be applied to any other product, service or balance.

2.4 The veil must be selected by December 31, 2026 from Ethereal Bridal's available veil collection. The offer is limited to one veil per gown order.

3. Anniversary Draw: $500 Credit

3.1 Entry. Each bride who makes a Qualifying Purchase is entered automatically, one entry per gown order. There is no other method of entry.

3.2 Prize. There is one (1) prize: a $500 CAD credit applied to the outstanding balance of the winner's gown invoice, before applicable taxes. The prize has no cash value, is non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged or combined with any other promotion.

3.3 Draw. On November 2, 2026, the winner will be selected at random from all brides who made a Qualifying Purchase, using an online random selection tool. The draw will be recorded and the result shared on Ethereal Bridal's social media channels. The chances of winning depend on the number of Qualifying Purchases made during the Promotion Period.

3.4 Winner Confirmation. The selected bride will be contacted by phone and email within two (2) business days of the draw. To claim the prize, she must respond within seven (7) days and correctly answer, without assistance, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question. If she does not, the prize is forfeited and another bride will be selected.

3.5 Publicity. Entrants will be listed in the draw by first name and last initial only. By making a Qualifying Purchase, entrants agree to this use. The winner's full name, photos, or story will be shared only with her consent.

4. October 4 Anniversary Celebration

4.1 On October 4, 2026, brides and guests attending booked appointments will be offered complimentary refreshments and sweet treats, while supplies last.

4.2 Appointments are required. Availability is limited.

5. General Terms

5.1 The Complimentary Veil and the Anniversary Draw may both apply to the same gown order. Neither may be combined with any other promotion, discount, or sample-sale pricing.

5.2 All purchases remain subject to Ethereal Bridal's standard sales, deposit, order, and alteration policies.

5.3 Ethereal Bridal may cancel, suspend, or modify this promotion if fraud, technical failure, or circumstances beyond its control affect its integrity. Any change will not reduce a prize already confirmed.

5.4 Personal information is used only to administer this promotion, in accordance with British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act.

5.5 This promotion is governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws of Canada.

5.6 If these Terms conflict with any advertising, these Terms govern.
